Got an answer on the second font -- it's Countryhouse from House Industries. Go here; under "select a kit," pick "General Collection"; then, under "select a font," pick "Countryhouse." There's also a box to type in the sample text of your choosing.
Thanks for the heads-up on that site -- had no idea it existed.
Had you heard of Identifont? That might be another one worth bookmarking, although it's best used when you have a decent-size sample of the font in question.
