Apparently not enough kids in Florida are passing the government's standardized test. So what are they going to do? Pass a law to create yet another loophole! There's nothing wrong with standardized testing, so long as it's used as a research tool and not as the key to graduating. How long till we see Examination Day (from the 1980's Twilight Zone)?
