Brazilian Beef Orgy, or: No, thanks, I would not like a wafer-thin mint

The IT department at work went to lunch at Fogo de Chão today. Oh My God. I am so full of beef.

I have eaten at a Brazilian-style churrascaria once before: when Texas do Brasil had its grand opening in Dallas and advertised with our traffic service, they served us lunch one day.

It's enough to make me want to give up food for several days.

haha there's a place like that here in Vancouver, called "Samba's". Was it all you can eat? And did they serve you the epic meat on a sword? XD

Our office went on Friday for Christmas... and I totally agree.

Then we had nimrodjcs's cousin's "Wild Game Party" on Saturday.

I think I ate my body weight in meat in that 48 hour period.

It's one of those times when it's so GOOD to be bad.

In a good way, though? Brazilian meat is just so damn good, not to mention the side dishes. Not had any of that in a loooooooooong time.

Oh, yes, very much in a good way. It was very heavy on the meat and light on the side dishes though.
