Changing channels
Sep. 26th, 2002 10:32 amAs of next Monday I will no longer be giving traffic reports on WFAA, channel 8. They have decided to end their business relationship with Metro and consolidate more of their resources with WBAP radio.
You will now be able to hear my dulcet tones on KTVT, channel 11. I'm on during the CBS 11 Early Show from 5 to 7 a.m. and during local breaks in the network Early Show. I'll also be on during the 5 p.m. news.
Channel 11 is rapidly becoming the refuge for former Channel 8 employees. I'm glad to be joining them.
In other news... ยท As you may or may not know, I'm trying to visit every county in North America. I just updated my map of counties visited, and uploaded it here.
