Freshman caught using cell phone in class, sent to principal's office. Student refuses to give it to the principal. Student's mother then called to the school. Kid still won't give up the phone when she arrives, and becomes increasingly aggressive. Principal calls KISD police to his office.
Officer tries to convince the student to submit, but was unsuccessful. Student takes "an aggressive stance", officer zaps kid.
