Leah: 2004 rank--64 (lowest was 403 in 1940s)
Lauren: 2004 rank--16 (not in top 1000 before 1930s)
Betsy: 2004 rank--not in top 1000 (peaked at 257 in 1950s; dropped out of top 1000 in 1990s)
