...was at 1:00:30 into the episode, where the Doctor is saying his final goodbye to Wilfred:

WILFRED: What about you now? Who have you got? I mean, all those friends of yours...
THE DOCTOR: They've all got someone else. (A beat.) Still, that's fine. (A longer beat.) I'm fine.

'cos that's me, in some ways...

Oh, and also Osterhagen (as in Osterhagen Key) is an anagram for Earth's Gone, but also an anagram for Ah Estrogen.
