True, it would be best if the mom didn't have to be too inconvenienced. I really miss the Texan attitude toward driving here in Washington. My in-laws all live about 130 miles away, in the Seattle-Tacoma area, but you would think it's a ridiculous distance for them to have to drive to come visit us, with the way they whine about it. Of course, they expect us to make the same drive without complaining!
