1. Leave me a casual comment of no particular significance, like a lyric to your current favorite song, or your favorite kind of sandwich, maybe your favorite game. Any remark, meaningless or not.
2. I will respond by asking you five personal questions so I can get to know you better.
3. Update your LJ with the answers to the questions.
4. Include this explanation and offer to ask someone else in your own post.
5. When others respond with a desultory comment, you will ask them five questions.
And now,
jenwrites' questions!
I'll stick with fannish stuff since I don't feel quite caught up enough on your life to ask much beyond that.
1. What's your favorite thing about the new Doctor Who series?
The sheer energy Christopher Eccleston brought to the part, and which David Tennant has thankfully continued.
2. Rose or Martha? (Interpret that as you will.)
As a companion for me: Martha, 'cos she's more mature.
3. Would you recommend Blakes 7 to anyone at this point, or is it something you really needed to watch back in the day when we expected sets and effects to suck?
I would still recommend it. The show has very strong storylines, which are what drew me to watch it in the first place. (Despite almost non-existent UHF reception of LPB.)
4. How about the original Doctor Who?
Yes, for lightweight entertainment (with some classic stories mixed in).
5. Which other classic BBC show would you like to see resurrected in a similar fashion?
Survivors. Once you passed the first couple of expository episodes, it was very tense. I think some work is being done on a revival.
