I'm surprised that no places in Boston or Philadelphia were mentioned. You'd think that Americans would flock to the places that birthed our democracy.

Oh, yeah, I could've knocked out so many places in Boston. Philadelphia, not so much, unless Pat's, King of Steaks is on the list.
