Mine was The Handmaid's Tale.
Good flick, not conducive to anything happening afterwards.

We got to the theatre too late and only one flick was starting in the next hour. So we said "what the hell" and saw it. Julia Roberts, "Sleeping with the Enemy." Battered housewife flees to another town and creates a new identity. Finds new bf, then husband tracks her down and tries to kill both of them.

Not recommended as a date movie.
