Back home again!

I was released from Medical City around noon today, and am now home still
hurting a little from the incisions. It turns out the growth of pus they
extracted from outside of my lung was 13x8x5 cm (a small but serviceable
baked potato).

So I'm dealing with that, plus the new diagnosis of diabetes I received
while there. (Must have had a two-for-one special or something.)
