I have been with Verizon Wireless for 4 years now, and I've been generally satisfied with their service. (I came from Sprint, so I think I would be satisfied with a tin can and string compared to them.)
I have been having trouble downloading an application to my phone, so I took it in to the VZW store. They informed me that there is a firmware update available, but since my phone is so old, they would not be able to apply it to my phone.

Ah, LG VX4400, you have served me well. But I'm starting to get new phone envy.

I like the LG Voyager, but not $349 worth. I expect I'll go with this phone once it drops to a lower price point.
The one thing that is really holding me back from upgrading is the fact that the VX4400 is analog-capable, and most if not all of the new phones are digital-only. I do sometimes roam in analog-only areas when I'm on road trips. Since analog cell service is scheduled to be shut down next year, I may be upgrading soon.
Now to get ready for the office Christmas party at Maggiano's.
