Lazy Sunday

Not really looking forward to going to work tomorrow. No real reason... just would like an extra day to spend in bed.

Just got back from walking the 1.1 miles around the complex. Feist's album "The Reminder" is good exercise music.

On the whole, I think I got a bargain.

The doctor told me to exercise more. (I realize this puts me in a very exclusive club, but hear me out.)

Sears had a sale on treadmills. They had a very nice one for $600 (regularly $900). I was prepared to spend the money when I vaguely remembered that the condo association has an exercise room. Cost: $10 key deposit.

I just got in from 35 minutes with the stationary bike and treadmill. I forgot how good it feels to get the blood pumping like that. I haven't worked myself so hard in years, and it wasn't particularly hard.
