Well, so goes the idea of renovating it for an improv club. I wonder who ended up buying it to put up something else. It'll probably end up being another gas station or something crappy like that.

Well, I wonder if that'll make that space cheaper to buy? I wouldn't mind building our own theatre somewhere if we can afford it.
