I now own the world's most ironic Christmas tree

You have all seen A Charlie Brown Christmas, no doubt. Charlie Brown's Christmas tree is the runt of the litter, and ends up symbolizing the true spirit of Christmas.

I discovered Urban Outfitters is selling a replica of the most anti-commercial Christmas tree there is. Of course, I had to buy one.

Mine is set to "kinda pathetic" rather than the fully-bent over "truly pathetic".

YES! They started selling those 2 years ago. I got one when I was down in Minneapolis for my dad to give to my mom. She LOVED it. It's one of her most prized possessions.

Nice touch with the blue blankie!

They are also selling the Linus blankets :) Irony on top of irony.

Heck yeah. I would have bought it two years ago, but I didn't find out about it in time. I would have bought it last year, but they were out.

Now I have a year to find a sincere pumpkin patch.

It's not set to that. It's just at that moment before the kids surround it and gangbang it with ornaments... just after Linus puts his blanket around the base.

How cute!

You know, I'm in the market for a Christmas tree... ;-)
