I just saw Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind for the first time tonight. What a great, deep, meaningful film.

Absolutely. I have seen a great many films, and that one just keeps on taking my breath away. In addition to having an entertaining and creative premise, few movies just understand relationships better than that one. Like you said, a stunning piece of work.

If you're the last one, then not by a great deal of time. We saw it last week, and it really upset me. (Oh, it was great, don't get me wrong, but it did upset me a great deal, which was probably to some extent the point.)

i love this movie and another you should see is The Departed. Jack Nicholson is awesome in it and the plot is just thought provoking. thought you might like the recommendation.
