Type "Name is" replacing 'name' with your first name (quotes included). Pull the first 10 lines that start with 'Name is' and place them in your journal.

Put ICE on your mobile phone!

ICE stands for In Case of Emergency. Putting ICE along with a name and telephone number will enable the emergency services to contact your family in the event of an emergency.
It started as a suggestion from the East Anglia Ambulance NHS Trust, and it's a sensible idea.
